• Where is the store based?

• Bracelet Sizing

  All posted sizes are inside dimensions and account for all bead sizes. Each elastic bracelet is made to stretch comfortably, but sizing ensures the perfect fit. To size, wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist just above the bone—snug but not tight. Add about half an inch for a relaxed fit or a full inch for a looser, stacked look. If you don't have a soft measuring tape, use a string or yarn and then use a ruler to measure the length. Most women’s wrists fall between 6–7 inches, while men’s are often 7–8 inches. If you’re between sizes or want a custom fit, just let me know—If I can, I will craft your piece to feel like it was made just for you.

• Jewelry Care

  Your gemstone jewelry loves gentle care. Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh sunlight. To recharge its energy, place it under moonlight or near a crystal cluster. Store in a soft pouch or box when not in use to keep the magic alive. Please note that if jewelry is continuously exposed to air, some of the metal components may eventually tarnish. I recommend wiping jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each wear and storing it in the bag it is received in. My jewelry is not intended for children under the age of thirteen(13) years old as there is a choking hazard present.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No, not at this time. I hope to return to shipping international after tariff protocols are eased and international shipping does not take such a long time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I mail all in stock orders within one business day. Custom orders require 3-4 business days and will be shipped immediately upon completion. I ship all packages via USPS. Tracking will be provided to you as soon as postage is purchased. If an alternate carrier is desired, please request before purchase so I can get you an updated shipping amount.

• Returns

  I want you to feel amazing in your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, contact me within 7 days of delivery. I accept returns on unworn items, but custom pieces are final sale. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• What if an item I purchased breaks?

  I guarantee workmanship and materials for three (3) months after purchase. I will repair or replace items that break during normal wear only. All pieces must be returned to qualify for repair. My jewelry is intended for normal wear and should not be exposed to excessive water, cold, heat or chemicals. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
